Shot blast, vibratory debur, ball burnishing and assembly.
Providing complete product service through contracting for plating, painting, anodizing and buffing.

Capabilities
Meet demanding pressure tight requirements of Mil. Std. 276 and material requirements of Mil. Std. 17 563C our Imprex 95-1000A puts an end to parts leakage covered by all Mil Standards applying to impregnation. It is Permanent, resistant to most solvents, oils, and chemicals. And it is also suitable for use over a wide range of operating temperatures applicable to steel, iron, copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, and magnesium. Imprex 95-1000A is unaffected by the contraction and expansion of metal. No visible signs of treatment remain after processing machined surfaces and machining tolerances remain unchanged. No clean-up required.
